Browser-only journey

Full NeuroType Journey

Complete the sensory sensitivity test, CAT-Q, the autism masking test and the adult ADHD traits test to unlock the combined overview. The autistic traits reflection and RSD are optional steps you can take along the way. ASRS and RAADS-R tools are not available because required reproduction and commercial-use permissions are not documented. Results are self reflection only, not a diagnosis, and your answers stay in your browser. They are never sent to us, even if you later choose a paid report.

What it includes

The sensory sensitivity test, CAT-Q, the autism masking test, the autistic traits reflection, the adult ADHD traits test, and the combined overview are arranged in a single sequence. The autistic traits reflection is optional, so it does not hold up the overview. The rejection sensitivity guide remains a separate optional reflection.

How progress works

Progress is saved locally in this browser. You can revisit completed reflections or skip unavailable tools without creating an account.

How to read it

The overview can help organise examples for a professional conversation. It does not diagnose, confirm, or rule out ADHD, autism, AuDHD, or any other condition.

Research and assessment context

The journey combines self reflection tools, not clinical assessment. These external references explain the CAT-Q research basis and formal adult assessment context:
