NeuroType is for adults aged 18 and over. By using NeuroType, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

NeuroType is operated by BITERIGHT LTD, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 477990. Its registered office is 2-4 Arch. Makariou III, Capital Center, 7th Floor, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus.

NeuroType provides self reflection tools and educational information. It helps adults notice patterns, prepare notes, and think about next steps. It is not a diagnostic service, clinical service, medical service, therapy service, or crisis service.

NeuroType cannot diagnose ADHD, autism, AuDHD, anxiety, trauma, sensory processing differences, or any other condition. Results describe answer patterns and reflection themes only.

NeuroType does not provide medical advice, psychological advice, treatment advice, or health decisions. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional, doctor, primary care clinician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, or other appropriate professional if you want formal assessment or support with health decisions.

NeuroType is not crisis support. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services now. If you need urgent emotional support, use a local crisis line, emergency service, or qualified support provider rather than NeuroType.

Use NeuroType results as starting points for reflection, not conclusions. Do not use a NeuroType score, theme, or summary as proof that a condition is present or absent, or as the basis for treatment, medication, work, legal, education, or benefits decisions.

Original NeuroType tools are reflective tools. They are not validated diagnostic instruments. Third-party or validated tools, if available, must show attribution, source status, and clear limitations. Blocked instruments remain unavailable until rights and review checks are complete.

NeuroType content, design, and original tool wording belong to NeuroType unless a third party source is clearly attributed. Third-party instruments, research, articles, and resources remain owned by their respective rights holders.

A paid NeuroType report is a one-off purchase of a personalised digital PDF for self reflection. It is not a subscription. Before payment, the checkout shows the report selected, total price, payment method, expected email delivery, and any applicable tax or mandatory charge.

By placing a paid order, you make an offer to buy the selected report. The contract is formed when Stripe confirms payment. NeuroType then starts generating and delivering the report to the email address used at checkout.

Paid reports are supplied as digital content. At checkout, you will be asked to consent to supply beginning during the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to withdraw once supply begins. NeuroType still offers the separate 7-day goodwill refund described in the Refund Policy.

Reports are delivered in PDF format and require a device and software capable of opening PDF files. They are intended for your personal use. You may save, print, and share your own report with a trusted person or qualified professional. You must not resell, publish, or use NeuroType content to build another product.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that consumer law does not allow NeuroType to exclude. Digital content must match its description, function as stated, and be of the quality required by applicable law. If it is faulty, incomplete, or not delivered, contact NeuroType for a replacement, price reduction, or refund where the law requires one.

NeuroType is provided for self reflection and educational use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroType is not responsible for decisions you make based on the site, loss of locally stored browser data, unavailable features, or use of the site outside its stated purpose.

This section does not limit liability where limitation is unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections provided by the law of the country where you live. Contact hello@neurotype.app first so NeuroType can try to resolve a complaint directly. This does not remove your right to use a competent consumer authority, alternative dispute process, or court.

NeuroType may update these terms as features, legal review, or product boundaries change. The last updated date on this page will change when these terms are revised.
