Refund Policy
Paid reports are not live. This policy applies once paid reports become available.
Paid NeuroType reports are not currently available. No payment should be taken while checkout remains gated.
When this policy applies
This policy is future-ready wording for paid reports, exports, or similar digital features once they are enabled. It does not enable payments by itself. NeuroType paid features, if introduced, are for adults aged 18 and over.
Refund window
Once paid reports are live, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Reports are digital products, but NeuroType intends to offer this goodwill refund window.
How refunds are handled
Refunds should be returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.
How to request a refund
Email hello@neurotype.app with the email address used for purchase, the approximate purchase date, and a short note saying you want a refund. Do not include sensitive answer details in the email.
